MIW2022 will be organized as a hybrid meeting, combining an onsite meeting for delegates who can travel, with access online for those who cannot.

A reduced registration fee is offered to bachelor/master/PhD students as detailed in the table above.

Registration fee for onsite attendance in Brest includes:

• Access to the workshop
• Icebreaking reception on 3^rd October 2022
• Coffee breaks and lunches from 3^rd to 6th October 2022
• Attendance at all workshop and interactive onsite sessions as well as online live sessions
• Attendance at poster session
• Access (until 31 October) to all recorded presentations and e-posters

Registration fee for online attendance includes:

• Access (until 31 October) to all recorded presentations and e-posters
• Access to live streamed sessions from the Océanopolis Centre
• Access to the interactive session
• Online presentation of your talk in one of the streamed sessions, if selected by the convener
• Participation in Q&A chat

Workshop Dinner

A workshop dinner is planned for the evening of Wednesday 5 October in Brest. We would be very happy to welcome all delegates attending onsite (a 60 € fee will be asked at the registration).
