MIW2022 will be organized as a hybrid meeting, combining an onsite meeting for delegates who can travel, with access online for those who cannot.

Student rates
A reduced registration fee is offered to bachelor/master/PhD students as detailed in the table above.
Registration fee for onsite attendance in Brest includes:
- Access to the workshop
- Icebreaking reception on 3rd October 2022
- Coffee breaks and lunches from 3rd to 6th October 2022
- Attendance at all workshop and interactive onsite sessions as well as online live sessions
- Attendance at poster session
- Access (until 31 October) to all recorded presentations and e-posters
Registration fee for online attendance includes:
- Access (until 31 October) to all recorded presentations and e-posters
- Access to live streamed sessions from the Océanopolis Centre
- Access to the interactive session
- Online presentation of your talk in one of the streamed sessions, if selected by the convener
- Participation in Q&A chat
Workshop Dinner
A workshop dinner is planned for the evening of Wednesday 5 October in Brest. We would be very happy to welcome all delegates attending onsite (a 60 € fee will be asked at the registration).
