COVID mitigation plans

MIW2022 will be organized as a hybrid meetingcombining an onsite meeting for delegates who can travel, with access online for those who cannot.

To protect the health of our delegates attending the conference in person in Brest, the organizer will take all necessary safety measures and procedures with respect to the regulations rules in force at the time of the event and in collaboration with the competent authorities. COVID-19 mitigation rules currently recommended in the workshop venue are: mask wearing, distance measure and usage of disinfectants.

COVID-19 Mitigation plans

In consideration for the health of all workshop attendees and venue staff:

- Please do not attend the workshop in person if you have symptoms of coronavirus, if you test positive, or if you are a close contact of someone with symptoms or a positive test. In this case, contact the organisers for online attendance.

- Mask wearing is not mandatory but recommended while indoors at the workshop, except when eating or drinking. Please provide your own mask, if possible, though a small number will be available at the workshop. Microphones protections will be available as well.

- We suggest that you test prior to attending the workshop. Tests are available for purchase from:

- The workshop will be held in large rooms, and there will be an option to have coffee and lunch outside.

- Please be respectful of other attendees’ need for space, when asked.
